Gabe Mays is a former Marine officer, tech executive, and experienced investor who brings a rare combination of discipline, strategic insight, and hands-on expertise to every client relationship. As a founder of Afterburner Wealth, Gabe leads with a clear mission: to help fellow veterans and mission-driven individuals build lasting wealth through focused, high-conviction investing.

Gabe spent eight years on active duty in the Marine Corps, including two years deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan operating on small, embedded teams. After leaving as a Captain, he earned an MS in Financial Planning followed by an MBA. He taught himself to code, built a startup, and later led product teams at GoDaddy, a public technology company, where he launched one of its first AI products.

His diverse background gives him a unique edge: a deep understanding of both emerging technologies and real-world financial strategy.

Gabe has been investing personally for over 15 years and has consistently delivered market-beating returns through a disciplined, long-term approach. His advantage lies in deep research, patience, and the ability to identify asymmetric opportunities tech and AI before the broader market catches on.
